| 摘 要： | 结合国内、国际实际情况,分析了我国工程项目上业主方常用的4种项目管理模式的特点,并在此基础上提出了最佳工程项目管理模式的选择模型——熵理论模糊选择模型。该模型具有步骤简单、适应性较强、精度较高等特点,在合理选择工程项目管理模式方面具有较强的适用价值。文章结合实例探讨了该模型的运用过程。

| Abstract: | On the basis of domestic and overseas situations,characteristics of four project management modes of the client side in common were analyzed in this paper.The project management mode selecting model-Entropy Theory Fuzzy Selecting Model(ETFSM) was put forward at the same time.Simple steps,good applicability and high precision are characteristics of the mode.So,the applicability of the mode is good in selecting optimum project management mode.An example was analyzed to explain the using processes of ETFSM. |
