摘    要:运用MATLAB神经网络工具箱,建立了三层BP神经网络的操作参数预测模型,结果表明,模型输入水力旋流器的结构参数、物性参数和分离性能,对机械散气-水力旋流器的操作参数预测是可行的,促进了机械散气-水力旋流器的应用及其自动控制的实施和发展。

Abstract:A three-layer BP neural networks predictive model was established for operational parameters,carried out by MATLAB neural networks toolbox.It showed that the simulation of air-smashing hydrocyclones by means of MATLAB neural networks toolbox was feasible.By the simulation,the operational parameters of air-smashing hydrocyclones can be predicted according to the different physical property,the geometric parameters and separation requirement,and it was very helpful to spreading the application and autocontrol of air-smashing hydrocyclones.
