摘    要:为了研究单螺杆压缩机星轮旋转时横向振动特性,建立旋转星轮的振动控制方程,利用数值运算计算出各阶模态的前行波和后行波频率,并与ANSYS软件计算结果进行对比,验证了数值计算结果的正确性。计算得出星轮厚度、星轮内外径比对前行波频率和后行波频率的影响以及材料参数对于振动频率和临界转速的影响。分别利用数值计算方法和ANSYS软件计算出了3种材料的星轮各阶模态对应的临界转速和频率,为星轮工作转速的调节提供了安全保证。

Numerical calculation of the lateral vibration characteristics of the single-screw compressor's star wheel
Abstract:To study the lateral vibration characteristics of the single-screw compressor's star wheel,the equation for the vibration of the rotary star wheel has been established and the correctness of the numerical calculation has been verified by using numerical operation to calculate the frequencies of the forward wave and backward wave of different-stage modalities and comparing them with the calculations of the ANSYS software. By means of calculation,the thickness of the star wheel,the effect of the wheel's inside and outside diameter ratio on the frequencies of the forward and backward waves and the effect of the material parameters on vibration frequency and critical rotary speed have been obtained. Using the numerical calculation method and the ANSYS software respectively,the critical rotary speeds and frequencies corresponding to the different-stage modalities of the star wheel made of the three materials have been calculated,offering the safety assurance for the rotary speed of the working star wheel.
