| 摘 要： | 本文从材料拉伸试验出发,通过对数据采集分析软件的拉伸速率自动控制、规定非比例延伸强度的自动计算以及最大力总延伸率的自动计算进行了可靠性验证,其中阐述了验证的原理和可实施的详细方法和步骤。只有通过了相关验证后,我们才能将数据采集分析软件用于材料相关性能的自动测试工作。

| Abstract: | In this article,the reliability of the data acquisition and analysis software including the stretching rate of automatic control,automatic calculation of the non-proportional extension strength,and automatic calculation of the total elongation at maximum force were verified,and the verification principle together with detailed methods and enforceable procedures were described. Only after the adoption of the relevant verification,the data acquisition and analysis software can be used for automatic testing of materials＇ related properties. |
