碱性耐火材料在白银炼铜炉上的使用

摘    要:简述了炼钢炉的原理及特点,镁铝、镁络耐火材料的性能及其在炼铜炉上的使用。初探了炼钢炉渣线部位用普通镁铝砖、半再结合镁铬砖的损毁机理,结果表明:半再结合镁络砖的抗侵蚀性明显优于普通镁铝砖。

Abstract:Principle and characteristics of copper melting furnace, properties of MgO-Al2O3, NgO-Cr2O3 refraclories and theirapphication in copper melting furnace have been briefly related. The wear mechanism of MgO-Al2O3, brick and semibonded MgO-Cr2O3 brick uscd in the slag line of copper melting furnace has been discussed. The result indicates that theerosion resistance of semi-bonded NgO-Cr2O3 brick is better than that of MgO-Al2O3 brick.
