摘    要:文章研究了多级涡轮内流场的CFD模拟,较好地解决了模型、边界协调2个方面的问题,并应用CFD软件对各级涡轮内流场进行模拟。通过模拟结果与实验对比,说明该方法是可行的。该方法建模容易、操作便捷。极大地降低了计算机内存和CPU的要求,收敛速度快。保证了各级涡轮的入口边界跟实际边界基本一致,提高了内流场分析的准确性。

Abstract:The CFD simulating of the internal flow field of multi-turbine is studied, and the problems of modeling and boundary coordination are well solved in this paper. The internal flow field of each turbine is simulated by CFD software. By comparing the simulation result with data from the experiment, the method proves to be effective. The demand for the memory and CPU of computer is greatly decreased, and the simulating is easy convergence. As each inlet boundary condition is in accord with the actual condition, the precision of CFD analyses is increased.
