基于流场模拟的复采工作面采空区自燃危险区域预测

摘    要:根据复采工作面采空区浮煤自燃特点分析,简化复采采空区渗流物理模型,建立渗流-扩散数学模型;通过现场采空区的气体数据观测分析,确定出边界条件,并对复采工作面采空区流场进行数值模拟,得出采空区内部渗流速度及氧气浓度分布;结合实验所得煤体自燃极限参数,判定采空区自燃危险区域,预测精度能够满足实际防灭火需要,可为复采过程浮煤自燃的防治提供指导。

Abstract:Based on studying the float coal spontaneous combustion characteristic in the gob of remining face,the flow-diffusion mathematic model was build from the simplified physical flow model of the gob,with the boundary condition determined by analyzing the on-the-spot data of the gases in the gob,the distribution of oxygen concentration and the velocity of air flow in the gob were calculated by numerically simulating the flow field.Then the coal spontaneous combustion dangerous zone was predicted with the simulated results and the coal spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters from experiments,and the precision can satisfy the needs to predict and prevent float coal spontaneous and combustion in the gob of remining face.
