摘    要:推进度是影响露天煤矿生产能力的主要因素,而设备的生产能力是影响推进度的决定因素。文中假定产量和设备确定时,通过对单斗—卡车工艺的每台电铲的平均工作线长度以及拉斗铲小时能力的计算,分析了单斗—卡车工艺和拉斗铲倒堆工艺的最大推进度和影响推进度的各因素。并以黑岱沟露天煤矿为例,对推进度进行了量化说明,得出了两种工艺下最大推进度的数值。通过研究最大推进度,可以对矿山年生产能力有一个新的估计。

Abstract:Advancing degree is a major factor that influence the production capacity of surface mine,and the productive capacity of the equipment is a determinant factor that influence advancing degree.In this paper,assumed the production and equipments have been determined,according to the calculated excavator average working bench length of shovel-truck system and hourly capacity of dragline,then analyzed the maximum advancing degree and the advancing degree influence factors of shovel-truck system and dragline casting system.At last,taking Heidaigou surface mine as a case,the paper calculated the advancing degree,and obtained maximum advancing degree numerical value of two systems.By studying the maximum advancing degree,there is a new estimate of production capacity.
