旋转式超磁致伸缩马达最新研究进展

摘    要:综述了两种旋转式超磁致伸缩马达的工作原理,针对马达中存在的摩擦问题,介绍了日本研究者设计的压电摆线马达的思想,并由此提出超磁致伸缩摆线马达的概念,即利用超磁致伸缩材料在激励磁场作用下产生的伸缩力来推动摆线减速机构旋转输出。

Abstract:Two types of magnetostrictive rotary motors are summarized for reviewing of the friction problem existed in this kind of motors. A newly invented piezoelectric cycloid motor by Japan is introduced. Based on this invention, the authors propose a new design concept for magnetostrictive cycloid motor driven by magnetostrictive material, in which the expansion and contraction of the magnetostrictive forces are converted into a pure rotation by means of cycloidal gearing.
