| 摘 要： | 运用正交试验对全棉梭织物漂白和免烫整理工艺进行研究，优选适宜与免烫助剂同浴的棉用增白剂类型和工艺条件(浓度、pH值、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等)；分析免烫整理剂各组分对织物白度、免烫整理效果和强力下降等影响，获得兼顾各项要求的最佳工艺组成。

| Abstract: | On the basis of research on bleaching and DP processes of all cotton woven fabric, the suitable brightener and process conditions such as concentration, pH value, curing time and temperature are determined with the DP agent in one bath via orthogonal experiments. Influence of different components in DP finish on the whiteness, DP effect, as well as strength loss are analyzed, the corresponding process parameters are obtained. |
