摘    要:提出了一套腿背部健身机的设计方案,介绍了它的原理、机械零件以及传动方案的设计,并对健身机的曲柄滑块机构进行了运动学和动力学分析.在考虑动载荷基础上分别对主轴和连杆进行了强度和稳定性校核.结果表明本方案满足强度和稳定性条件.最后依据该方案制作了工作样机,经试用发现:本机工作可靠,运行平稳,具有较好的健身效果.

Abstract:A design scheme of body-building machine for leg and back was contrived. Its principle,parts and drive system was introduced,and kinematics and dynamics analysis on its crank-slider mechanism was carried out. On the basis of considering dynamic loads,strength check on the main axis and stability check on the link were made separately. The results suggest that the scheme meets the conditions of strength and stability. Finally,a prototype was produced according to the scheme. After using the prototype,it has ...
