摘    要:传统镀硬铬技术存在环境污染问题及镀铬层的性能缺陷。综述了几种可以替代镀硬铬的新工艺的特点、性能及其研究现状,包括非晶态合金镀、高速火焰喷涂、镀金刚粉、离子束注入技术等。以上技术有许多优点,但也各有局限性。提出了选择合适镀硬铬替代工艺的要求。

Abstract:Traditional hard chromium plating technology does harm to environment, and the deposit has performance defects. The characters, performances and study status of several new technologies to replace hard chromium plating were reviewed, including non-crystalline alloy plating, HVOF, carborundum powder plating and ion beam injection technology. The above technologies have many advantages, and limitations as well. The requirements for selecting qualified alternative processes were presented.
