空间作战已经逐步成为信息时代一种崭新的作战样式。科学准确地界定空间作战及其指挥的概念和定义，对于进一步把握空间作战的实质，深入研究空间作战指挥理论，从而指导并促进我军空间力量建设与训练等具有深远的意义；在阐述空间作战概念的产生和发展的基础上，系统分析了国内外关于空问作战概念的共识和分歧；从谋求空间战略主动权的角度出发，提出了关于空间作战及其指挥概念的一些新观点。

Research on Conception of Space Operation and Command

Space operation has become a new operation mode of the information age. The scientific and precise definition of the conception of space operation and command is significant to master the essence of space operation, to research space operation command theory, and to guide and accelerate the building of space power and exercise in PLA . On the basis of expatiation of the emergence and development of the conception of space operation, the paper analyses the similarities and differences of the conception of space operation, and puts forward some new ideas of the conception of space operation and command from the eyes of mastering the strategic initiative of space.
