JY110摩托车箱体压铸件气孔缩松缺陷分析与解决对策

摘    要:为了提高箱体压铸件的质量,进行模具结构优化,解决了摩托车发动机箱体压铸件的气孔和缩松缺陷。主要采取的解决措施是对压铸模内浇口的设置和右端型芯进行修改。结果表明正确地设置内浇口对减少摩托车箱体的缺陷有很大的作用。本文所采取的修改方案以及研究方法对形状复杂的压铸件的模具设计有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:For increasing the quality of the die casts,the die structure should beimproved.Porsity and shrinkage cavity defects on die castings of motorcycle boxesare introduced,some solutions are used,the results prove that correct runnersare important for decreasing of boxes'defects.Using this way the defects aredisappear.The way used in this paper can be looked as a guideline in the designof other die casts.
