| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展与一定的社会制度、生产力水平和经济基础相联系,同时也与教育密切相关。十七大提出优先发展教育,以人为本,为人的全面发展奠定了良好的基础。人的全面发展要做到劳动能力的发展、德智体的发展,改变应试教育体系,同时为人的全面发展提供良好的社会环境和物质支持。

| Abstract: | There are interrelationships among human-being overall development and the social institutes,pro- ductivity,economic basis and education.It was proposed in the 17th CCPC that development of education should be the first priority,which helps to lay a good foundation for the human-being overall development.To realize this,we must develop people's working ability,morality,wisdom and health,change the test-orientated education and improve the social and economic situation. |
