点火药点火性能的研究

摘    要:研究了3种点火药的燃烧性能及它们对气体发生剂的点火能力.试验表明,黑火药的比容较大,但燃烧热较小,而B点火药的燃烧热很大,但比容较小,因此它们的点火压力不大.K1K点火药燃烧热较高且比容较大,即点火压力较高,它能迅速点燃NFA -2气体发生剂,并提高这个气体发生剂的燃烧速度.

Abstract:Burning characteristics and ignition ability on gas-forming composition of three ignition compositions have been studied. Test result showed that the specific volume of black powder is large, but burning heat is small; Burning heat of B ignition composition is big, but the specific volume is small. Thus, their igniting pressures are not big. Specific volume and burning heat of K 1K ignition composition are the biggest, so its ignition pressure is the biggest of the above three ignition composition. K 1K can ignite NFA-2 gas-forming composition very quickly, thus, the burning rate of NFA-2 has been raised as well.
