流域复合系统协调度的评价方法研究

以江苏里下河地区为例,研究了流域协调度的评价方法,针对流域的水资源、生态环境、社会经济三大子系统建立了流域协调度的评价指标体系,确定了流域协调度的评价模型,从流域发展协调度和流域对比协调度两方面对流域复合系统协调度进行了计算分析.结果表明,该区域协调发展,并通过对比寻求制约因素,针对现状提出了相应的改善对策.
