摘    要:利用固相力化学反应器实现对废旧轮胎橡胶的常温力化学脱硫化。实验结果,表明胶粉的交联密度和凝胶含量随碾磨次数增加显著降低,通过碾磨,再硫化橡胶的力学性能得到显著提高。碾磨40次后,拉伸强度由碾磨前2.3 M Pa提高到10.9 M Pa;断裂伸长率由碾磨前的69.6%提高到290.0%。再硫化胶的断面形貌分析表明,用脱硫胶制得的胶片具有良好的界面结合。

Abstract:The stress-induced mechanochemical devulcanization of waste tire rubber at ambient temperature can be achieved through pan-milling.The crosslinking density and gel fraction of waste tire rubber decreases with increasing cycles of pan-milling.The mechanical properties of revulcanized rubber increase remarkably through pan-milling.After pan-milled 40 cycles,the tensile strength of revulcanized rubber increases from(2.3) MPa to (10.9) MPa,the elongation at break increases from(69.6%) to 290%.The SEM observation of cryo-fractured surface of revulcanized rubber indicates that the mechanochemically devulcanized rubber shows much better interfacial adhesion.
