基于加强的前景图像纹理的图像检索方法

针对人们对前景图像比较敏感的特性,提出了一种加强前景信息并弱化背景信息的新方法.该方法首先通过图像的阈值得到前景图像与背景图像,利用某个值加强前景并弱化背景,结合原始图像提取纹理特征,从而进行图像检索.对真实图像数据库的检索实验表明,该方法与其他基于纹理的方法相比,具有较好的检索效果和性能.

A method of image retrieving based on fortified foreground image texture

Due to the characteristic of that people are more sensitive to the prospect of images, a new search method which is used to strengthen the target image and weaken the background image is presented in this paper. Firstly, the image is divided into background and target through the threshold. And then the target image is strengthen and the background image is weaken. At last combining the original image and extracting the texture features for image retrieval. Experimental results show that the method is valid, compared with other texture features based retrieval method.
