| 摘 要： | 分析网络虚拟财产的特点,论述网络虚拟财产具有一般财产的特征,并结合相关学说的评析,探讨争论最大的玩家虚拟财产权的法律属性,揭示其债权属性及特征。通过对虚拟财产进行法律保护的必要性和可行性的分析,认为虚拟财产应该成为一种受到法律保护的财产,并对虚拟财产的保护提出了几点思考和建议。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the features of virtual properties,this essay proves that they possess the features of ordinary properties.Besides,the essay discusses about the legal attributes of virtual properties and proves its attribute of obligatory right.By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of legal protection of them,this essay puts forward possible suggestions as well. |
