T581 多功能金属减活剂的性能特点及其应用

研究了苯三唑型T581多功能金属减活剂在润滑油中的使用性能。结果表明T581不仅能明显抑制润滑油中活性硫对金属的腐蚀，而且具有优良的极压抗磨性能、防锈性能及热氧化安定性能，在润滑油中使用既可替代市售的T551、T561等金属减活剂，又可以降低润滑油中极压抗磨剂、防锈剂及抗氧剂的使用量。使用T581复合其它添加剂研制的中、重负荷工业齿轮油达到GB5903-95要求。

STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION OF T581 MULTIFUNCTIONAL METAL PASSIVATOR

The performance of T581, a benzotriazole type multifunctional metal passivator, in lube oil was investigated. Results showed that it could effectively suppress metal corrosion caused by the active sulfur in lubricants, and it also possessed good thermal oxidation stability, excellent extreme pressure antiwear, and antirust properties. T581 not only could replace the marketing metal passivators, T551 and T561, in lube oil, but also could reduce the dosages of extreme pressure antiwear, antirust and antioxidation additives in lube oil. The medium-duty and heavy-duty industrial gear oils having additive package with T581 well met the requirements of GB5923-95 standards.
