基于PLC的电弧焊仿真训练机硬件设计

摘    要:研制一种基于PLC的电弧焊仿真训练机硬件系统模拟实际焊接工作。采用点火模拟系统模块模拟电焊中的电弧,应用数据采集模块对该硬件系统产生的电压信号进行采样,由PLC对采样信号的处理并进行模拟焊接评价。该硬件系统能够广泛应用于电焊工培训和考核,具有较高的实际价值。

Abstract:A training simulator is developed to simulate real arc welding,which is based on PLC. The arc in the weldingwork is simulated by a ignition module.A data acquisition module is employed to sample voltage signals produced by the simulator.And the signals are analyzed based on a PLC,which results in the performance of simulated arc welding.The simulator can be applied in the fields of training and examination for arc welding.
