| 摘 要： | 在总承包定义、内涵及总承包项目主体关系变化的基础上，介绍总承包项目质量管理的问题。分析质量链产生条件和总承包项目运用质量链管理方法的可行性。根据质量链的定义和工程项目质量形成的规律，建立总承包项目质量链，运用质量链管理方法可以解决总承包项目质量管理的问题。
