摘    要:我国消费者权益保护虽然起步较晚,但组织上不断发展、法规上不断健全、内容上不断充实,特别是《消费者权益保护法》实施后,消费者权利意识今非昔比。但是社会发展的迅猛使法律明显相对滞后,许多情形法律无能为力,如消费者的知悉真情权被削弱甚至被剥夺、公平交易权蜕化为一种“不交易权”、获得赔偿权得不到经济的实现等等。因此,对《消费者权益保护法》的完善成为广大消费者的共同意愿。

Abstract:Although the protection of consumer starts relatively late,the organization develops constantly,regulation is perfected constantly,content is substantiated constantly,especially after implementing "customer law",consumer's right consciousness is no longer what it was before.But compared with the swift social development,the law obviously lags behind relatively.Under many situations,laws are powerless.For example,the encroachment on consumers' rights to know,to deal fairly and to be compensated is often seen.So perfection in "customer law" become the common will of consumers.
