浅谈换热管与管板内孔焊技术

内孔焊结构应用在低压反应水冷凝器气体入口侧,可以防止由端面焊结构所产生的腐蚀现象。但由于内孔焊对焊接工艺及设备要求较高,为此根据我公司在低压反应水冷凝器中的内孔焊应用,简单介绍了内孔焊设备,焊接工艺试验,产品焊接过程及要求,为我公司在内孔焊技术上积累了一定的经验。

Inner hole welding construction used in gas inlet side of low pressure water condenser can prevent the corrosion phenomenon caused by the end surface welding construction. But with higher requirements for the inner hole welding to welding technology and equipment, so according to inner hole welding application in low pressure water condenser in our company, simply introduces the inner hole welding equipment, welding process test, the welding process and product requirements. Accumulated certain experience, inner hole welding technology for my company.
