作图法求解光学微球腔的本征模

摘    要:提出一种用作图法求解光学微球腔体本征膜的简便方法。根据光纤耦合时产生的回廊模(WGM)特点,利用对光场做近似处理得出的本征方程,采用Matlab作图求解出本征模。对比实验测得的数据可以看出,相对误差在0.1%以内。与一般的近似公式求解方法相比较,求解的结果更准确,而且计算方法更简便。

Abstract:We find a easy and exact way to solve the eigenvalues of a optical microphere resonator.According to the eigenvalue's equation derived the characteristics of WGM when light coupling from fibers into microsphers,we got the eigenvalues by constructing figures of the function in the eigenvalue's equation.Contrasting to the datum observed in the experiment,we can find that the relative error is ess than 0.1%.Comparing with the method of common formula,our result is more accurate,and the method is much more convenient.
