高温热泵干燥系统的分析

摘    要:热泵干燥法是木材干燥加工的主要手段之—,采用高温工质对降低能耗、缩短干燥周期有重要意义。通过对灌装 HTR01 和 HCFC-22 的压缩式热泵除湿机在不同入口工况下的 损失进行计算和分析,以及对两个热泵系统的供热性能(COP, SPC)进行对比,得出 HTR01工质供热性能优于 HCFC-22 这一结论,并指出提高热泵干燥系统 效率的途径在于减少冷凝器、蒸发器和散热 损失。

Abstract:Drying with a heat pump is a main conventional method to dry lumbers. It has significant meaning for saving energy and shortening drying periods. Based on the calculation of exergy efficiency of vapour-compression heat pump dropped with the refrigerant of HTR01/HCFC-22 and the comparison of their COP and SPC, it is shown that the performance of HTR01 is better and the exergy destroyed in the evaporator/condenser and that caused by rejected heat are key factors influencing the exergy efficiency of heat pump in the drying of lumber.
