摘 要: | 介绍了一种煤矿井下用压裂泵组控制系统的设计要求、系统组成、硬件及软件实现。该控制系统采用PLC为控制核心,组合动力配电单元、控制单元、传感器单元、数据采集单元、监控单元、远程操作单元,实时对压裂过程进行监测,对压裂泵运行参数进行监测并生成工作曲线。

The control system uses PLC as the control core,combined with power distribution unit,control unit,sensor unit,data acquisition unit,monitoring unit,remote operating unit,real- time monitoring of the fracturing process,operating parameters of the fracturing pump and generating of working curve. |
