螺旋板壳式换热器在柴油精制装置的应用

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司荆门分公司1.00 Mt/a柴油精制装置汽提塔顶后冷器,原采用管壳式换热器,由于原料变化,不能满足生产要求,改用螺旋板壳式换热器后,装置处理能力提高到1.30 Mt/a,精制原料中汽油馏分质量分数可达到30%,而且能耗有所下降.实际运行表明:从热工性能、投资、运行费用、占地面积等可量化的指标来比较,螺旋板壳式换热器全面优于管壳式换热器.

Abstract:The shell-tube heat exchanger was originally installed for the after-cooler of stripper of the 1.0 MM TPY diesel hydrotreating unit in SINOPEC Jingmeng Company. With the variation of feedstocks, the performance of the heat exchanger could not meet the operation requirement. When it was replaced with helical heat exchanger, the capacity of hydrotreating unit was increased to 1.3 MM TPY. Whereas, the gasoline fraction in hydrotreated feedstock was as high as 30 m%, and energy consumption was reduced. The operation indicated that the helical heat exchanger is superior over shell-tube heat exchanger in respect of thermal performance, capital investment, operation costs, land requirement etc.
