Al_2O_3短纤维/ZA22合金复合材料凝固的方式及组织

摘    要:采用扫描电镜及能谱仪等测试手段研究了挤压铸造Al2O3短纤维增强ZA22合金复合材料的凝固方式及组织特征。结果表明:在该复合材料中,短纤维呈准二维随机分布,ZA22合金基体初晶在纤维间隙中生核长大,纤维周围被低熔点物质环绕。压力、纤维及稀土铈的存在均使ZA22合金组织细化。在复合材料制备过程中,纤维预制块对大块稀土化合物或其它杂质有阻挡作用。

Abstract:The mode and structure of solidification of squeeze casting Al 2O 3 short fiber reinforced ZA22 alloy composites were studied by means of SEM and energy spectrum meter, etc. The results show that the distribution of short fibers in composites is quasi planar, the primary crystal of ZA22 alloy matrix nucleates and grows in the interstice between fibers, the matter with low melting point is around fibers; the fine structure of ZA22 alloy matrix can be caused by pressure, fibers and rare earth element Ce. During preparing the composites, the fiber preform can stop the large piece of rare earth compound and other impurity into the composites.
