| 摘 要： | 提出了一种平面尺寸链的分解方法，研究了平面尺寸作为封闭环时的反面求解，给出了相应的较为简洁的计算公式，并讨论了此时的公差带分布，说明了长度尺寸，角度尺寸以及它们和公差之间的关系，对平面尺寸链设计如何确定长度尺寸，角度尺寸以及它们的公差提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | An approach to calculate and analyze the planar dimension chains is proposed in this paper. For the reverse calculation of planar dimension chains, we put forward some relatively simple and efficient formula. Based on analysis of dimension tolerance zone, the relation ship between length dimensions, angular dimension and their tolerance is established, it will be as the guidance to the designer. By analyzing tolerance zone, we come to a conclusion that the part will not be come a waster even if one of the dimensions goes beyond the zone. |
