摘    要:以扭转实验测得的τ-γ曲线为基础,采用各向同性硬化大应变J2流动本构理论,给出了基于Kirchhoff应力的Oldroyd客观导数的塑性刚度函数h的表达式,建立了相应的大应变本构关系。同时分析了以应力的Jaumann导数tΔ0与变形梯度F的第三不变量J的比tΔ0/J为客观应力导数时的情况,所得结果与由Jaumann客观应力导数给出的结果相同,从而说明用扭转实验标定大应变本构关系时,本构形式相对稳定。

Abstract:Finite-strain constitutive relationship based on Oldroyd objective rate of Kirchhoff stress by r-y curve of torsion test with cylindrical specimens is presented. Large strain constitutive equation is obtained by popularizing small deformation constitutive theory to large deformation issue, and representation of plasticity rigidity function h is derived and Isotropie hardening models and J2 flowing plasticity theory of large strain are used in the literature. Finite-strain constitutive relationship based on ratio of Jaummm rate and third invariant of deformation gradient is explained in a summary fashion. Several constitutive relationships based on torsion test are compared.
