含风电场电源的配电系统三相潮流计算

摘    要:由于风力发电机的输出功率具有一定的随机性,其并网运行会对电力系统的安全性造成一定的影响。文中重点研究了风电场电源并入配电系统后的系统潮流计算问题。基于感应发电机的静态特性以及风力机的功率特性,针对应用比较广泛的直接并网感应发电机型风力发电系统,发展了配电系统三相潮流计算方法,用于分析风场对配电系统安全性的影响。该算法经过IEEE34母线系统的测试,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:When wind farms are connected directly to a distribution grid, it is important to assess how much the steady-state security will be affected by the uneven power production from the wind farms. In this paper a power flow analysis including the wind farm is presented. Based on the steady-state model of induction generator and the power characteristics of wind turbines, a method for three-phase distribution power flow calculation is developed, considering wind turbine with directly grid-connected induction generators, which are currently the most widely used in wind turbines applications. The algorithm has been tested on the IEEE 34-bus radial distribution test feeder and the results are presented for illustrative purposes.
