磁悬浮轴承转子位移检测技术

摘    要:在综述电涡流式、电感式、电容式、光电式等几种主要位移传感器原理、性能及其适用范围的基础上,分析使用位移传感器所带来的一系列问题,论述了磁悬浮轴承无传感器技术的基本思想,并比较了几种磁悬浮轴承无传感器检测方法的优缺点.最后,对磁悬浮轴承位移检测技术的发展趋势做了进一步阐述.

Abstract:The displacement sensors used in the magnetic bearings system are mostly eddy current sensors,inductive sensors,capacitive sensors,optical sensors and so on.Based on principles,performances and applicable ranges of several proposed types of displacement sensors,the problems are analyzed caused by using displacement sensors,and the basic concept of sensorless technology applied to magnetic bearings is introduced.The benefits and drawbacks of different detection methods of sensorless in magnetic bearings are ...
