| 摘 要： | 本文深入分析了S／R堆取料机液压系统俯仰吊臂的2个液压缸活塞位置不对称故障原因，提出了处理措施。保位阀在两端产生较大压差，引起误动作，导致液压缸作用力严重不平衡，从而损伤俯仰吊臂框架。调节保位阀上的节流调整装置，可消除节流作用，防止误动作对吊臂主框架的损害。

| Abstract: | The pitching arms 2 cylinders position dissymmetry in S/R feeding machine is analyzed in this paper and its troubleshooting is discussed. A huge pressure difference between two ends resulted from the position control valve arises an error action that brings to an imbalance of two cylinders' forces, which causes the damage in pitching arms frame. By means of adjustment throttle set in the valve, the problem could be resolved. |
