Abstract:In order to guarantee the stable running of electric power system,this paper proposes a static synchronous series compensator model and deduces the power flow equation after SSSC model in brought in,which is applied to calculate the sensitivity of voltage stability.After that,the voltage stability of the whole system before and after SSSC installed is calculated and analyzed by sensitivity index.Result shows a great improvement.The simulated calculation of WSCC3 9 node system is made by PSAT2.1.2.The result...
