| 摘 要： | 为贯彻国家电网公司相关精神,实现地域性的电能计量统一管理,四平供电公司针对农电系统现电能计量手工作业模式,提出了一个完整的电能计量管理信息系统的建设方案.实践证明:通过采用计算机客户端/服务器模式和CODE 128条码技术构建的电能计量管理信息系统改善了原工作环境,提升了工作效率. |
