摘    要:压力供水管路系统中,由于设计有驼峰且出水蓄能止回阀关闭过程过快,将导致正常停泵关阀时断流弥合水锤的产生.针对粤泷公司出现水锤故障,阐述了解决水锤问题的方法,即采取增设自动空气阀及调整阀门关闭时间.经实践验证,改造效果良好,循环冷却水系统运行稳定.

Abstract:In pressure water supply pipeline,because of the designed hump and too rapid closing of hydraulic control check valve in the outlet,water hammer due to cavities collapsing is generated when the pump is closed.Aiming at the water hammer taking place in Yuelong Company,this paper expounds the solution of water hammer,which is to add automatic air valve and adjust the valve closing time.Practice proves that the transformed recirculating cooling water system works stably.
