摘    要:阐述了东方汽轮机厂引进日立技术生产的超临界600 MW机组汽轮机配汽机构的特性,指出了在中低负荷范围内,由于节流损失而影响机组运行经济性.对此,为了解决这一问题,提出了改进调门的阀序和组态关系及对运行方式进行优化.经实际运行验证,汽轮机组整体经济性得到了明显提高.

Abstract:This paper introduces the characteristics of steam distribution mechanism of supercritical 600 MW turbine units brought in Hitachi technology produced by Dongfang Turbine Company Limited and points out that restriction loss influences the economy of unit operation within low and medium load.Aiming to solve this problem,the paper proposes to improve valve order and configuration and optimize operation.Practical operation proves that the economy of turbine unit is apparently enhanced.
