| 摘 要： | 目前在四川一部分人中出现了一股思潮，集团一滩水电站在１９９８年发电后，四川就不缺电了，这种思潮的漫延对四川的水电开发起到了很不好的影响。本文在回顾了四川１９９６年电力建设情况和分析了当前四川电网存在的问题后，指出解决四川缺电的出路在于大力开发水电，并对今后四川电力工业发展进行了展望 。

| Abstract: | Recently, Somebody in Sichuan believes that electric shortage will not be presented in Sichuan after generation of the Ertan Hydropower Project in 1998,In fact,the idea has adverse effecf on hydropower development in Sichuan. Electric power development in 1996 in Sichuan is reviewed and the problems existed in the Sichuan electric network are analyzed. It is pointed out that energetical development of hydropower is the way to solve the problem of electric shortage in Sichuan. The future prospect for Sichuan electric power industry is provided. |
