摘    要:论文对HPLC法测定水中2,4,6-三氯酚的不确定度的来源及影响进行全面分析,并对各个不确定度分量逐项评定。在各个不确定度分量中影响最大的是标准溶液引起的不确定,其次是加标回收率引起的不确定。结果表明:2,4,6-三氯酚的相对标准不确定度urel(ρ)=0.032;标准不确定度u(ρ)=0.00034mg/L;扩展不确定度U=0.00068mg/L,k=2。

Abstract:The courses and influence of uncertainty were analyzed in the method of detecting 2,4,6-trichlorophenol in water by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The uncertainty components were evaluated. The main uncertainty came from the standard solution. The second was caused by the recovery. The relative standard uncertainty value of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol was 0.032. The standard uncertainty value was 0.000 34 mg/L, and the expanded uncertainty value was 0.000 68 mg/L (k=2).
