交叉口公交优先通行方案的灰色评价方法

摘    要:在分析交叉口公交优先通行措施规划方案优化决策过程的基础上,对决策目标进行了探讨,并提出了可量化的决策指标,然后以决策指标为因素集,以被选方案为论域集,依据系统工程学原理,确定了道路规划方案评价指标体系,把层次分析法(AHP)与频率统计法组合起来确定评价指标权重,采用结合灰色理论的改进综合评价方法对规划方案进行评价,以此为判断依据确定交叉口公交优先通行措施最佳规划方案.最后进行了实例应用分析,并获得满意的结果,表明该方法实用可行.

Abstract:Based on analyzing bus priority plan scheme decision-making process, decision-making objectives of bus priority plan scheme are studied and a set of decision-making indexes that could be quantified is established. Then, these indexes are seen as a factor set, alternative schemes are seen as a discussion set. According to systems engineering theory, the index system of bus priority plan evaluation was established. Analytical Hierarchical Process(AHP)and frequency statistics methods were used to determine evaluation index weight, and evaluating the system according to grey theory and improved multi-lever fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The best scheme is gained by evaluation criterion. At last, anapplicationexample is shown to prove the efficiency ofthis method. By the example, it isdemonstrated that this method is simple and practical.
