| Abstract: | The direct phosphating process applicable to electroplated Zn-Fe alloy coating was introduced. The effect of pH value on the quality of the phosphating film was discussed, while the feasibility of the phosphating process for the surface modification of electroplated Zn - Fe alloy coating was verified using field test. It was found that the direct phosphating process could be well used to the surface modification of electroplated Zn-Fe alloy coating, with the surface modification effect to be satisfactory. |
