摘    要:火力发电企业为降低NOx浓度而加装SCR烟气脱硝装置后,会对原有系统产生空预器积灰堵塞等负面影响。为了维持原有系统及烟气脱硝装置的安全稳定运行,必须采取相应的措施,并对运行方式进行适当调整。由于目前SCR烟气脱硝方法尚未在我国火力发电企业大面积采用,如何降低其产生的不利影响有待深入研究。介绍了对SCR烟气脱硝系统的各种负面影响。

Abstract:The application of SCR denitrification systems in thermal power plants will bring some disadvantageous influence, such as jam of the air preheater. In order to assure safe and economic operation of the boiler and the SCR denitrification system, corresponding measures and proper adjustment for the operating model should be taken. As there are no extensive application of SCR denitrification system in our country’s power plants, it is needed to study further that how to reduce the disadvantageous influence of the SCR denitrification system. The disadvantageous influence of the SCR denitrification system is introduced.
