| 摘 要： | 通过对窖泥养护与改造的研究,找到了人工窖泥在应用过程中出现各种退化现象、异常现象的原因,提出了一系列对窖泥进行养护与改造的有效措施。同时,对几种窖泥养护方法进行了探讨,其中主要对黄水、大曲粉养护窖泥的方法进行了较深入的探讨。

| Abstract: | Through to research maintenance and transform of the fermentation pit mud , find the manmade pit mud appear various kinds of degradate phenomenon , unusual reason of phenomenon in the course of using, have put forward a series of measures effectively maintained and transformed to the fermentation pit mud. Meanwhile, carry on discussion to maintenance of the fermentation pit mud . |
