网络视频监控系统及其在电力系统中的应用

摘    要:简述了视频监控技术发展现状,分析了一种基于最新编码标准H.264的IP网络视频监控系统架构及其特点,重点阐述了H.264编码标准所采用的新技术和优势。在此基础上,结合电力系统的实际需求,提出了一种基于网络视频监控的变电站远程视频监控系统,对该系统的结构和组成原理进行了详细分析,并从系统性能、特点等方面说明了较之传统监控系统的优点,为更高效地实现变电站远程监控综合功能提供了技术保障。

Abstract:This paper introduces the current development of video monitoring technology.It discusses the framework of video monitoring system over IP network based on new video coding standard H.264.It emphases on the new technologies adopted by H.264 and its advantages.According to the actual requirements of electric power system,a network video monitoring system based on IP network for electric substations is proposed.The paper also expatiates in detail the system framework and the composing principle and presents the advantages compared with traditional monitoring system from the system performance and characteristics.In this way,the technical supports are provided for the substation remote monitoring system to implement its synthesizing function more efficiently.
