摘    要:燕山石油化工有限公司炼油事业部0.8Mt/a重油催化裂化装置在进行减压渣油催化裂化改造时再生系统增设了再生器外取热器,待生催化剂船型分布器,蒸汽过热器和余热锅炉等关键技术措施,装置得以稳定长周期运行,年轻经济效益超过1300万元。

Abstract:Several key measures for technical transform of the regeneration system of the resid FCCU in the Refinery of Yanshan Petrochemical Company were taken. The technical measures included adding an external catalyst cooler, applying a ship-type distributor for spent catalyst dispersion, installing a steam super heater and a steam generator for recovering the excess heat. These measures enabled the long-term stable running of the unit. A yearly economic benefit of more than 13 million-yuan was obtained.
