摘    要:该文通过对PDC钻井条件下,不同类型PDC钻头产生的岩屑特征以及给录井带来的难点进行分析与研究,探讨了PDC钻头钻井条件下的岩性识别与评价技术。文中较详细地阐述了运用细岩屑在地面进行自然伽马测量(基于岩样)识别岩性技术的原理、影响因素、识别方法及综合录井信息识别岩性技术(不基于岩样)的原理,包括相关参数与岩石的可钻性、识别方法;通过几个典型的实例分析了PDC钻头条件下录井随钻岩性识别方法的应用效果;介绍了细岩屑光学成像色差法识别岩性技术。上述方法的研究,拓展了录井识别岩性的思路,值得录井同行在此类课题攻关中借鉴。

Abstract:The paper studied the cutting characteristics produced by the different kinds of PDC bits and its influence on mud logging and discussed the lithology identification and evaluation technique. It dealed with, in detail, the identification principle, the influence factors and its identification method with the surface natural gamma measurement of the fine cuttings, and it also introduced the identification principle and method with the comprehensive mud logging information including the related parameters and the drilling ability. With a few examples, it analysed the while-drilling lithology identification method and its application result with the PDC bit, and it discussed the identification technique of the chromatic aberration with the optical imaging. The research on the above methods expended the thought of the identification with the mud logging technique and it will be benificial to the similar project research.
