水工钢闸门的振动时效处理

摘    要:水工钢闸门多为大型焊接件,焊接应力较大。随着应力的释放,将影响闸门的尺寸精度和材料的机械性能。以辽宁松树水库平面钢闸门的处理为例,介绍了水工钢闸门焊接残余应力的消除方法和振动时效处理的技术原理、应用方法和参数选择。

Abstract:Most of hydraulic steel gates are large weldments subjected to high weld stress. Stress relief may affect the dimension accuracy and material mechanical property of gates. Taking the plane steel gate treatment of Songshu Reservoir in Liaoning Province as example,an introduction was made on the technical principles,methods and da-ta selection for elimination of residual welding stress and vibration aging treatment.
