摘    要:matlab优化工具箱对非线性问题有较强的求解能力。kumar模型是反应石脑油裂解过程的分子动力学模型,对于具体的石脑油裂解反应。其一次反应的产物系数需要根据原料油组成的不同进行适当的调整。本文以仿真精度为目标函数。以碳氢平衡为约束条件,结合石脑油实际裂解过程的动力学原理进行计算。运用matlab优化工具箱中的fmincon函数对kumar一次选择性系数进行了优化,运行结果良好。

Abstract:Matlab optimization toolbox has a strong ability of solving non-linear problem, kumar model is the molecular dynamics model describing the reaction of naphtha cracking process. The first-order coefficient of the reaction product of the oil composition needs some appropriate adjustments according to the different raw materials. In this paper, simulation accuracy is selected as the objective function, hydrocarbon balance is selected as constraints, naphtha cracking process has been modeled and calculated. Matlab optimization tool- box makes the adjustment of the first-order selective coefficient of kumar model using the fmincon function and gets the optimal solution.
